Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. All our photos are taken from actual pieces in our collection. Colors may vary slightly depending on lighting or your screen settings, but each product matches the photographed design and material.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is completed, your receipt is automatically sent to your email. You can also access it anytime by logging into your Julixa account and viewing your order history

How can I return an item?

You can easily return your item within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Simply contact our support team for assistance with the process.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Many of our designs are produced in limited quantities, but popular pieces are often restocked. You can click the “Notify me” option on the product page to get an email when it becomes available again.
